Ugam Agro - Return / Refund Policy

At Ugam Agro, we take great care in delivering pure and high-quality ghee to our customers. As our products fall under the food and consumable category, returns are not accepted after delivery except in specific cases mentioned below.

Return Window

You must raise any return, exchange, or refund request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

You may be asked to share your order number or invoice, clear photos or videos of the package and product, and an unboxing video if available.

Once opened, used, or consumed, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns / Exchanges Will Only Be Accepted If

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The item is received in a condition that makes it unfit for consumption.

Pickup and Exchange Timeline

If your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address and inform you of the expected pickup date.

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the return pickup, subject to product availability.

Delivery-Related Issues

In case of any delivery-related discrepancy, kindly contact us within 48 hours from the time the order is marked as delivered.

Cancellation

  • An order cancellation request will only be accepted before the product is shipped.
  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • Ugam Agro reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricingnerrors, incorrect product information, or issues identified with customer or payment details.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
